As a full-time International Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and managing relationships with partners and customers from all over the world and the Czech Republic. You will specialize in SW and HW solutions and services in the field of electronic document management and digital archiving. In order to succeed in this role, you must have a highly competitive attitude, a very strong “sales hunter” profile, and skills necessary to confidently negotiate with senior decision makers.


New business opportunities:

  • Sales support and sales of HW & SW solutions and services
  • Independent search for new opportunities
  • Analysis and correct understanding of customer needs for optimal solution design
  • Presentations and demos to customers
  • Representing the company at conferences, exhibitions and networking events
  • Ensuring consistent sales growth, achieving sales targets

Developing relationships with partners / customers:

  • Serving as a key contact person for customers / partners
  • Building, maintaining and developing long-term relationships
  • Meeting with customers regularly, identifying and anticipating their current and future needs
  • Accompanying customers throughout the sales, implementation and after-sales cycle
  • Obtaining relevant information about customers, technological trends and competition
  • Working closely with international team of consultants, developers, implementation & deployment team

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor or Masters)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated track record in sales and account management
  • Advanced presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong self-motivation, leadership and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal guidance
  • Results-driven, competitive sales attitude; strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
  • Willingness to travel and spend most of the time visiting customers and prospects (whenever possible and taking into account health & safety considerations, travel restrictions, current healthcare situation, etc.); otherwise, perform these daily tasks remotely
  • Category B driver’s license
  • Native or fluent English language speaker (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Czech language speaker
  • German – B2/C1 level
  • Ability to speak other languages
