Sovereign AI for Hospitals: Patient Data Stays On-Premises

A model trained on the institution's own discharge letters, laboratory reports, or nursing notes performs significantly better than a generic equivalent. The fine-tuning process runs entirely in-house: training data never leaves the organisation, and the resulting model remains the property of the hospital.
