As a full-time Sales Account Manager – DMS Solutions you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities and managing relationships with iGuana’s existing and prospective DMS customers in the Netherlands. You will spend 50% of your time focusing on generating new sales and other 50% on account management for existing customers. You will be working with clients in Healthcare, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Government, Logistics, Automotive, and other industries. In order to succeed in this role, you must have a highly competitive attitude, a very strong “sales hunter” profile, and skills necessary to confidently negotiate with senior decision makers.


  • Promote and sell iGuana’s DMS solutions and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Identify promising prospects and perform cold calling and other lead generation activities on a daily basis
  • Analyze and understand customer needs to provide optimal solutions to clients
  • Prepare and conduct face-to-face presentations and demos
  • Represent iGuana at conferences, exhibitions and networking events
  • Generate consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue; achieve your sales targets
  • Serve as the key trusted contact for customers in your assigned region
  • Build, maintain and develop long-term, constructive relationships with existing clients
  • Visit customers on a daily basis, identify and anticipate their existing and future needs
  • Accompany customers during the entire sales, implementation and after-sales cycle
  • Continuously acquire relevant knowledge about customers, industry trends and competitors
  • Work in close collaboration with the solution consulting and implementation team

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor or Masters)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in healthcare an asset
  • Demonstrated track record in sales and account management
  • Native or fluent Dutch language speaker (verbal and written), good command of English an advantage
  • Advanced presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong self-motivation, leadership and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal guidance
  • Results-driven, competitive sales attitude; strong desire to achieve and exceed targets
  • Willingness to travel extensively and spend most of the time visiting customers and prospects
