iDesk
iDesk is the iGuana iDM user interface. The iDesk high-performance web client allows you to search, view, retrieve, scan & archive documents.
iSearch
This is the iSearch app for iPhone or iPad to access iGuana iDM from anywhere, anytime, securely. Carry all your documents in your pocket.
iOffice
Use iOffice to archive MS Office / Office 365 documents, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. and Outlook e-mails directly in iGuana iDM.
iCapture
iCapture is designed for high-volume scanning. Documents can be scanned in batches and indexed, either manually or automatically via iForm.
iArchive
iArchive is the archive management module. Designed for archive departments, it helps your staff manage their daily archiving work.
iManage
iManage provides administrator-level access for system administrators to configure and manage the iGuana iDM system.
iCheck
iCheck provides administrator-level access for application administrators to configure and manage the iGuana iDM applications.
Server Modules
iForm
iForm is the form recognition and data extraction engine. It uses OCR, ICR, OMR and barcode recognition. It is an add-on to iCapture.
iFlow
iFlow is the workflow engine of iGuana iDM. iFlow allows complex workflows to be created in the system based on triggers and user actions.
iObject
iObject is the records management module. It stores information about the location of physical paper documents in your on- or off-site storage.
iContent
iContent is a full text database that allows users to retrieve documents in iGuana iDM using powerful full text search.
iStore
iStore incorporates sophisticated encryption technologies and is responsible for revision-proof document archiving in iGuana iDM.
iSDK
iSDK module provides powerful web services to ensure seamless integration with your existing systems.
iCom
iCom is an HL7 communication server designed for sending and receiving HL7 messages.
iPacs
iPacs is a PACS / DICOM communication server designed for sending and receiving DICOM messages.
iReader
iReader is the ABBYY FineReader engine embedded in iGuana iDM. It allows for highly accurate data capturing via OCR.
