As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for successful execution of digitalization and software projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, according to specification and in line with iGuana’s quality, information security and compliance standards. Reporting directly to the Operations Lead, you will coordinate the Business Consultants throughout the entire project lifecycle and work in close collaboration with iGuana’s Software Developer team, the team leads within our Operations department and key project stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need to handle multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Acting as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for each project, you will require strong stakeholder management skills and will have to establish and maintain effective and transparent communication channels during all project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of a project to ensure successful completion, client acceptance and satisfaction
  • Coordinate and document all project phases: Initiation & Kick-off; Planning & Design; Hardware & Infrastructure; Implementation; Monitoring & Control; Testing, Training & Documentation; Go-Live & Project Closure
  • Define project scope, produce detailed project plans, schedules, and task lists; assign internal and external resources
  • Organize and coordinate customer needs assessment meetings to gather and understand client objectives
  • Work closely with software developers to design and deliver solutions that best meet customer needs and specifications; and with the team leads (Operations) to efficiently organize and implement the project in line client expectations
  • Continuously communicate project progress and expectations via progress meetings and project status reporting
  • Manage project risks and quality issues throughout the project lifecycle; initiate preventive and corrective measures
  • Ensure that change requests are handled and controlled in accordance with project governance; avoid scope creep
  • Manage project budgets, perform financial monitoring, and take actions whenever necessary
  • Manage, coach and lead project team members; act as SPOC for clients; ensure alignment between all stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor or Master)

  • 5+ years of experience in managing projects
  • Proven experience leading project teams to achieve milestones and objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in tandem using strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good client facing and stakeholder management skills; commercial acumen
  • High degree of self-motivation, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Native or fluent Dutch and French language speaker, good command of English language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management accreditation (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or another appropriate PM accreditation)

  • Experience with ECM, IIM, DMS, Digital Transformation projects
