As a full-time Business Consultant located in Belgium you will be responsible for handling end-to-end iGuana iDM software implementation, enhancement, and customization projects to provide tailored solutions that meet client-specific requirements. You will be working under the guidance of the iGuana Project Manager and in close collaboration with the Software Developers and, depending on the project, the team leads within our Operations department.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to analyze customer business needs and easily translate them into technical concepts. As a key contact for your customers, you will need to establish and maintain effective and transparent communication with the client and the Project Manager, the Software Developers and the team leads (Operations).

Responsibilities

  • Understand client objectives, analyze, and define customer needs from a technical feasibility point of view

  • Work in close collaboration with the Software Developers to design solutions that best meet customer needs
  • Initiate and facilitate implementations from beginning to end (including testing, go-live and post-implementation support), taking into account the project scope and defined deliverables
  • Continuously communicate project progress and expectations to the client and the internal project team
  • Support customers throughout the go-live process; conduct client training sessions
  • Ensure that each project is completed on time, on budget and meets customer expectations
  • Perform solution upgrades, customizations, and enhancements (including configuration)
  • Create, maintain and contribute to internal, technical and customer documentation
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and tools used to provide excellent customer service
  • Achieve your individual utilization targets set by senior management; participate in regular progress reviews

Required Qualifications

  • Higher education degree (Bachelor) e.g., ICT, mathematics, technology

  • Solid experience working as analyst (or in a similar role)
  • Analytical and technical aptitude, ability to solve complex business and technical issues
  • High degree of self-motivation, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Active listener able to build relationships with customers, effectively balancing technical and social aspects
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills to easily integrate into any new or existing team and to facilitate change processes
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced consulting environment; ability to handle high-pressure, high-stress situations
  • Desire to further develop and expand own skillset
  • Fluent Dutch, French and English knowledge
